A brief history:

Founded in 1975 by Rino Gelosi, father of the four brothers who now manage the restaurant, it served as a Trattoria and meeting place for the local farming population.
After Rino’s death in 1990 the running of the Trattoria, which had now expanded to two rooms, was taken over by the mother Cecilia and the family.
As the four sons grew older, they became more interested in the running of the restaurant and in time developed it in to the thriving business it is today.
